MZF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,972 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, HNRNPU, and HNRNPUL1. Each is linked with MZF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZF1-to-partner and partner-to-MZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZF1 versus TRIM28 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
