MZF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2D6, KRT32, and TMIGD3. Each is linked with MZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZF1-to-partner and partner-to-MZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZF1 versus CYP2D6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
