MZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, EGFR_pY1068, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with MZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZF1-to-partner and partner-to-MZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by MZF1-low versus MZF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
