Across TCGA cell cohorts, MZF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,524 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with MZF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZF1-to-partner and partner-to-MZF1 results are reported.
