MZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D14, NCR1, and ACSM2B. Each is linked with MZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZF1-to-partner and partner-to-MZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5D14 grouped by MZF1-low versus MZF1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
