Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MZB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, IL16, and LCP1. Each is linked with MZB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZB1-to-partner and partner-to-MZB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZB1 versus WAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
