MZB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MZB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, IL16, and SASH3. Each is linked with MZB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZB1-to-partner and partner-to-MZB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MZB1 versus HCLS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MZB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MZB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
