Across TCGA cell cohorts, MZB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,508 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MZB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP metabolic process, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with MZB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MZB1-to-partner and partner-to-MZB1 results are reported.
