MYZAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYZAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYZAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN1, CNRIP1, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with MYZAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYZAP-to-partner and partner-to-MYZAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYZAP versus SPTBN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYZAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYZAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
