MYZAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYZAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,186 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYZAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCOM1, CHRDL1, and RASL12. Each is linked with MYZAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYZAP-to-partner and partner-to-MYZAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYZAP versus GCOM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYZAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYZAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
