MYZAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYZAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYZAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, DEFB108D, and BSNDP3. Each is linked with MYZAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYZAP-to-partner and partner-to-MYZAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by MYZAP-low versus MYZAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYZAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYZAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
