MYRIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,706 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, ERO1A, and PGAM1_S31. Each is linked with MYRIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYRIP versus DDAH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
