MYRIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYRIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,116 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR1, CABLES2, and WDR7-OT1. Each is linked with MYRIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MYRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYRIP versus SSTR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
