MYOZ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOZ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,179 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, HSPA12B, and ITSN1. Each is linked with MYOZ3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOZ3 versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
