MYOZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,022 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS4, UBN1, and A1BG. Each is linked with MYOZ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGS4 grouped by MYOZ3-low versus MYOZ3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
