MYOZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-6P, PPP2R2B-IT1, and MRGPRX9P. Each is linked with MYOZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ2-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-6P grouped by MYOZ2-low versus MYOZ2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
