Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,610 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOZ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle budding, Vesicle targeting, rough ER to cis-Golgi, and COPII vesicle coating. Each is linked with MYOZ1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOZ1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOZ1 results are reported.
