Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MYOT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOT-to-partner and partner-to-MYOT results are reported.
