Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYORG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYORG data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MYORG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYORG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where MYORG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
