MYORG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYORG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,006 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYORG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2, STOML2, and NIBAN1_S577. Each is linked with MYORG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYORG-to-partner and partner-to-MYORG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYORG versus UBAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYORG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYORG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
