Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYORG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYORG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMU1, MCUB, and PCDHB2. Each is linked with MYORG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYORG-to-partner and partner-to-MYORG results are reported.
