Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYORG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,988 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYORG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity, and L-leucine transport. Each is linked with MYORG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYORG-to-partner and partner-to-MYORG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by MYORG-low versus MYORG-high in LIVER.
