MYOM3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYOM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYOM3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MYOM3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYOM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and UCS are the cancer types where MYOM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
