MYOM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,372 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, PLEKHA4, and MED13. Each is linked with MYOM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOM3 versus MEFV in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
