MYOM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, CKAP2L, and WDR76. Each is linked with MYOM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 grouped by MYOM3-low versus MYOM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
