Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 226 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, ACP4, and ZNF644. Each is linked with MYOM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM3-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM3 results are reported.
