Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,295 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM3-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-cell junction organization, Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MYOM3-AS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM3-AS1 results are reported.
