MYOM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,102 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA8, POU6F2, and KDM3A. Each is linked with MYOM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM2-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOM2 versus PLEKHA8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
