MYOM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,933 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPO7, MCAT, and SAMM50. Each is linked with MYOM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM2-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPO7 grouped by MYOM2-low versus MYOM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
