The most reproducible MYOM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasma lipoprotein particle levels, Microtubule-based transport, and Regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with MYOM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM2-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM2 results are reported.
