MYOM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM25, PEF1, and MSANTD3. Each is linked with MYOM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM25 grouped by MYOM1-low versus MYOM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
