Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,651 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Aerobic respiration, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with MYOM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOM1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOM1 results are reported.
