MYOF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNKS1BP1, NIBAN2, and PLIN3. Each is linked with MYOF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOF-to-partner and partner-to-MYOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOF versus TNKS1BP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
