MYOF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAV1, SFXN3, and EDNRA. Each is linked with MYOF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOF-to-partner and partner-to-MYOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOF versus CAV1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
