MYOF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, NDUFA6, and ECHS1. Each is linked with MYOF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOF-to-partner and partner-to-MYOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by MYOF-low versus MYOF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
