Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 848 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS2, FAM25C, and OR8B8. Each is linked with MYOF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOF-to-partner and partner-to-MYOF results are reported.
