The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MYOD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYOD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where MYOD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
