MYOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,889 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REXO4, UTP4, and UTP6. Each is linked with MYOD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOD1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 versus REXO4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
