MYOD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 476 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, ETV7, and APOL1. Each is linked with MYOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOD1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 versus CRYBB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
