MYOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with MYOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOD1-to-partner and partner-to-MYOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by MYOD1-low versus MYOD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
