MYOCOS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOCOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,179 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOCOS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9_S87, USP13, and NXF1. Each is linked with MYOCOS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MYOCOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOCOS versus DHX9_S87 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOCOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOCOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
