MYOCOS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOCOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOCOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID3B, PTGDS, and F13A1. Each is linked with MYOCOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MYOCOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOCOS versus PRELID3B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOCOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOCOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
