MYOCD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 302 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR8, COL21A1, and UTP4. Each is linked with MYOCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOCD-to-partner and partner-to-MYOCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOCD versus MTMR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
