Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,744 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRG4, F7, and FCN3. Each is linked with MYOC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOC-to-partner and partner-to-MYOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYOC versus PRG4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
