Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYOC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR, and IRS1. Each is linked with MYOC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYOC-to-partner and partner-to-MYOC results are reported.
