MYO7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,294 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, GBP1, and GBP4. Each is linked with MYO7A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO7A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO7A versus LCP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
