Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,324 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPRE1, RIN3, and HSPA12B_S276. Each is linked with MYO7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO7A-to-partner and partner-to-MYO7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO7A versus MAPRE1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
