MYO6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,549 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYO6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFDN, DDAH1, and FCER1G. Each is linked with MYO6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO6-to-partner and partner-to-MYO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
