Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,424 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRACR2B, FAM174B, and AGR2. Each is linked with MYO5C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYO5C versus CRACR2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
