Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYO5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYO5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2A1-AS1, RPPH1-3P, and NMRAL1. Each is linked with MYO5C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO5C-to-partner and partner-to-MYO5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2A1-AS1 grouped by MYO5C-low versus MYO5C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYO5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYO5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
